We have opted to deactivate live support, facebook messenger, etc… in favour of regular checks of emails and helpdesk system.
This allows us to focus on the days tasks (such as instruction creation, product manufacturing and research) rather than tying a staff member to a computer for the occasional message.
The message system does create a helpdesk ticket so please use that, email us directly or use our “contact us” form and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
