Printer Potty kits purchased as kits + key bundles should contain the reset key with a printed booklet. If you can’t find the information please contact us with your order reference and ebay/amazon username and we’ll check your order.
Please note that if you purchase a kit only product then no reset key is included and as such would need to be purchased separately.
