Update: June 4th

We're now back to a normal routine a day later than planned but all orders have been dispatched as normal and I'm now catching up on messages and other support queries from the last week.

During May 24th to June 2nd all of our staff teams children are on school half-term holiday (vacation) so staff staff holiday and overall availability will have the following effects.

1. Monday May 27th is a UK bank holiday so no orders will ship until the following day.
2. All orders will ship as normal Tuesday - Friday May 27th to 31st (Order cut off will be 11:30am GMT+1)
3. Support will be reduced to email/helpdesk only, with up to 48 hour response times.
4. We will not be able to answer the phone during this time
5. Normal service will resume from Monday, June 3rd

WICReset key orders will be dispatched automatically, as normal whether purchased singly or as part of a key+key bundle.

Note: In some instances, order payments can be flagged for manual review which can then delay keys being issued.  A staff member is required to check and release such order before the key is issued. We'll try to keep on top of these as/when they occur and update as soon as possible.
