With the holidays fast approaching we're winding down for some long overdue time with family and friends so these are our closure dates over the Christmas and New Year period:

As noted in the past, we don't expect our customers to be buying their significant others a waste ink kit for Christmas (please don't! We'd hate to lose a customer to mysterious circumstances.) so we tend not to worry too much about orders arriving in time for Christmas but if this is important to you please contact us before placing your order for any advice on when items might arrive.

We will continue shipping orders on the dates shown as "Open" above and email support will be limited on those days that show as "Closed" (above), particularly the traditional Christmas days and New Years. We will endeavour to respond to any email queries within 24 hours where possible but some responses may be delayed, particularly on Christmas/Boxing Day.

WICReset keys will continue to be dispatched automatically by email. Please be aware that some orders can be flagged for manual security review which may delay these order completing. We'll try to catch these and update payment status as soon as we can. To minimise the likelyhood of this happening, please ensure you check your order address details match those registered with the card and watch out for typos in the email address.

Shipping Times/Delays

As ever this time of year sees deliveries affected by the usual seasonal chaos (with some unexpected "extra" chaos in some countries) so please allow extra time for deliveries to reach you and if you are waiting for a waste ink related order then please check out this helpful guide on how to get your printer printing while you wait for the physical waste pads/kit to arrive.

International orders are naturally going to take a lot longer than normal and we're aware of a number of strikes as well as delays being caused by storms and other events that have affected road and air networks.

UK orders are mostly arriving on time, with only some minor delays in the Royal Mail network which has been a pleasant surprise although most of this seems to be down to the switch over to using Tracked 24/48 which RM has been prioritising for some time now.
