Our Free/Discounted Shipping option uses economy shipping services and are slower. If you need these products quickly we always recommend use of a priority/express service so please select the shipping option most appropriate to your needs.

Our Printer Pad kit for the XP-900, XP-950 and XP-960 makes it even easier to deal with your printers waste ink pads.

The product consists of:

  • Natural biodegradable wool felt (manufactured in the UK).
  • Full instructions for:
    • Replacing the pads in the holder
    • Removing and replacing the pad holder in the printer itself.
    • Resetting the waste ink counter (including a WICReset key)
  • Gloves: If you don't need them, please tick the box.
  • IMPORTANT: The plastic holder is NOT included (Re-use the one already in your printer).
This product is a win-win for anyone not wishing to install a Printer Potty and everyone benefits from the low environmental cost of the materials, lack of plastic (why replace the re-usable pad holder?) and an improved shipping profile (Everything fits in a large letter/envelope profile making it much easier/cheaper to ship).

While we continue to recommend our Printer Potty kits as a long term solution, this product recognises that some customers prefer not to have an external waste ink tank (eg: limited space, small curious children, etc..) and this is a perfect alternative that keeps your printer in working order.

Please note that, unlike Printer Potty waste ink kits, these are single use and will need to be replaced once capacity has been reached.

  • This product is manufactured exclusively for OctoInkjet in the UK.
  • This is not an official Epson part. The product is neither manufactured, supported nor licensed by Epson.
  • Due to the nature of the natural materials used, there is some variance in thickness and absorbancy compared to the original pads. This is catered for in the pad components and design.
  • Unlike the original porous pad assembly part, this product does NOT include the plastic holder. You will need to re-use the one your printer already has.
  • If you don't have the pad holder for some reason please purchase the OEM porous pad assembly for your printer or contact us for advice.

    "Hi I have an Epson XP 950. I followed your YouTube video which was very good, except for one thing. When I took my old pads out I forgot to check where the hole is so I looked to your video and found the old Pads were the right way around but you put the new pads in the wrong way around!!

    [OctoInkjet Response:] Thanks for the catch. The old soiled pads are actually orientated the wrong way round but the new/replacement pads are correctly orientated as shown in the video.    "
