Original Canon cartridges are known to be excellent for refilling and, of course, include the original chip which is compatible with the PGI-9 Chip resetter

Flushing

As these cartridges are of indeterminate age it's recommended that you consider flushing them with distilled water in conjunction with a flush clip (also included with PGI-9 refill bundles) and syringe.
