    "The pack contains every single thing you would need to to change the pads, including gloves so you don't get your hands dirty. Their YouTube video is worth watching, more than once, before you set about changing the pads. Their delivery is amazing, 24 hour! Just a suggestion, it might be an idea to make the "Don't forget to reset your printer .........". I missed it, and wondered why my printer wouldn't work, until I read "goreset". They also do an excellent video on that. I don't think this company miss anything. A very good product and worth every penny."
