Product Description

If you are intending to purchase this part to resolve a waste ink pad related error, please note that you will need to reset your printers waste ink counter to clear the error and resume printing.

If you haven't already found a reset solution, you can purchase our WICReset (Waste Ink Counter Reset) key and utility/app (click here)

This part has effectively been replaced by the 1627961 part which has the same plastic mould/holder and a slightly different absorbent pad configuration.
The functionality and compatibility of the replacement part is identical however and we are now supplying 1627961 part in place of this one.

This listing is for replacement waste ink pad assembly complete with pads.

While we recommend our Printer Potty kits over these parts we understand that some customers prefer to install the original replacement parts for various reasons such as limited space for a waste tank. Unlike Printer Potty waste ink kits, these are single use and should be disposed of after use.

    "It was exactly the right shape and easy to install. I suppose I could have washed out the old pads or found some similar wadding to have avoided the need for a new plastic shell - but the old pads were VERY inky and I'm sure I'd have ended up with ruined carpets or furniture!"
