The WICReset /iWIC key is for used in resetting compatible Epson (and some Canon) inkjet printers using the WICReset or iWIC utilities. Useful for resetting and clearing the Service Required and similar errors relating to the waste ink pads in compatible printers.

This product/listing includes:

• A WICReset key for use in resetting an Epson inkjet waste ink counter (check the "Compatibility" tab above)
• Note: Both the WICReset and iWIC utilities are free to download and install
• Quantity: 1 (one)

Key Delivery:

• An electronic copy of the Key(s) and reset information is sent automatically by email (to the billing email address).
• We no longer provide a physical copy of the key except when part of a physical product order.

Product/Key Limitations:

• Each Key can only be used once.
• Keys do not have an "expiry date"
• An active internet connection is required for the key to be validated as part of the reset process.
• Resetting your printers waste ink counter does not affect or negate the physical waste ink contained in your printer (We recommended purchasing a Printer Potty waste kit to resolve that issue)
• Resetting the waste counter does not freeze it at zero. You will eventually need to reset the waste counter when it reaches 100% again.
