This listing is solely for customers who have previously purchased a waste ink kit and who wish to have their tank refurbished.

Specifically this listing covers the following:

• Replacement of any connecting parts on the waste tank with the exception of the physical container and container lid.
• The coloured part that connects the kit extension tube to the kit valve.
• Postage for return (Worldwide) is free

It does not cover:

• Replacement of the tube part or parts (excepting that mentioned above)
• Replacement of the waste container

Additional Information:

This service is offered as a way of resolving most "normal" breakages caused by wear & tear, small children, accidents, etc... where the valve or some other part fails after repeated usage or accidental damage.
We do not recommend customers DIY fix tanks as the adhesive used is very specific and use of standard materials available to an end-user might well cause leakage or similar problems.
