Image Specialists have recommended these inks as comparable to the original/OEM PGI-525/CLI-526 inks from Canon.

Due to the Opaque nature of the cartridges (They have absolutely no windows to check ink levels) the Top-fill method is recommended over the German/Durchstich method to avoid the potential for overfilling which can cause numerous problems.
