We've recently discovered that email notifications for some orders, particularly those providing tracking information failed to send.
Initially we believed it was the usual spam filters at the customer end but we recently discovered that the issue was caused by security software intended to protect our web server from malicious attacks.
The underlying issue has now been addressed and should not affect future email notices. Additionally, we have identified orders affected and sent out a copy of what should have been sent originally, including tracking information.
If you have received one of these copies, the chances are high that you have already received your order and you can ignore it. We just wanted to be sure that tracking information reached those people who were still waiting for their order to arrive and needed that information.
