[Resolved] Database Error broke card/checkout 18th Sept 24

Owing to a problematic system update on our server, it seems our server was offline for 2 hours and then the OctoInkjet store suffered from a corrupted database table which stopped the cart and checkout system from working for close to 11 hours total.

Both issues have been resolved as of 11:40 this morning but we're aware that there will have been a number of visitors who will have had problems accessing or using the website properly during that time.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
