If you haven't already found a reset solution, you can purchase our WICReset (Waste Ink Counter Reset) key and utility/app (click here)

This listing is for replacement waste ink pad and plastic holder (porous pad assembly), complete with instructions for fitting.
Note: The waste ink counter does require resetting to clear the error. See below.

This is a single use part and should be disposed of in general waste after use.

We also have a Printer Potty unit that is compatible with the same printers which provides a more cost effective and log term solution if you have the space available for the waste tank, next to the printer.
